CLEAL® CPH FILTER

  • Only polyolefin thermally bonded bi-component fibers (ES fibers) are used Furthermore, an ideal fiber density gradient is provided

  • Structure

Thermally bonded polyester fibers are used, and each contact point of the fibers forms a stable porosity. Furthermore, a fiber density gradient provides finer filtration as a liquid penetrates the filter essentially providing a built in pre filter.

    Advantages

    • Thermally bonded polyester fibers are used, and each contact point of the fibers is thermally bonded, enabling stable filtration without pore size variability and fiber migration of the element.
    • The filter construction of only polyester fibers enables it to be used continuously at high temperature.
    • The construction of only polyester fibers provides a broad range of chemical compatibility.
